    Really enjoyed the way our studio apartment with a full bath in the bathroom was arranged. The location was great with lots of cafes and restaurants right at the doorstep. We had 1 restful day here, would recommend the place.

    Convenient location with a well-equipped kitchen.

    I was deeply frustrated by the lack of engagement from the reception staff. They were there, yet their indifference was palpable. Arriving late and finding no one at the desk made check-in an absolute nightmare, requiring multiple phone calls just to unlock the door. To top it off, the upkeep of the facilities was shocking-cracked floor tiles and rusted shelves displayed clear signs of neglect.

    Very nice, very comfortable bed, awesome staff. Great restaurants nearby, very close for shops. Parking was great as well. We will definately stay again.

    The room was super clean and had a handy kitchenette along with a washer/dryer, made our stay very convenient.

    The reception staff were friendly but seemed detached and didn't engage much .

    We loved this hotel, the services they had to offer and especially the location and proximity to where we were going.

    Would've felt safer for our children if there were safety latches on widows as we were on 3rd floor

    we had an excellent stay in a long time. the food was great and the staff were attentive and incredibly hospitable. the private parking was on-site, outstanding service. location: the hotel was really close to shops and restaurants, and a great park.

    The room is smaller than expected and woudl ve been nice if the beds were comfy. Reception is barely there, and when i asked for a parking spot, i was told to park on the street, how quaint. So close to the city, yet so far from any decent service, i almost gave a good review, but not quite.

    The apartments are located in an excellent position close to my work in NZ, the swimming pool and lots of good shops, traffic is also light and manageable compared with Australia.

    Loved the personal touch on the TV when entering the room. It was a good sized room. There were little extra touchs that you don't get in the bigger chain hotels. We will be back.

    Room smaller than expected!!! The furnishings demonstrate significant wear and tear!!! Limited reception hours create inconvenience!!! Parking should definitely be included instead of a $20 fee!!! Expect noise from the bar across the street!!!

    We very much appreciated the facilities/amenities the room provided. The location in Newmarket suited our requirements perfectly; close to public transport, close to shopping, and within walking distance of Auckland city centre (although the weather prevented us from doing this).

    2nd bedroom suffered from lack of natural light and train noise and diesel fumes made it impossible to have windows or doors open.
